We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

- Opened or used items
- Screen protectors, tempered glass, films (once opened)
- Clearance or promotional items
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper installation

- A defective product
- A wrong item sent by us
- An item damaged during delivery
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
Exchange Process
- Exchange will be processed after item inspection
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the eligible period
- Provide order details and reason for exchange
- Return the item to us (return shipping cost borne by customer unless error is ours)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected

- Processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider
